I would like to highly recommend the catering services of Teresa Carter. She catered an event for me for about 150-200 people...and did a phenomenal job! The food was not only beautifully presented, it was fantastic as well.
My husband and I host numerous events, both socially and politically so I've had the opportunity to work with several different caterers. In fact I received the most positive feedback about the food that I've ever been given. Teresa met with me well before the event and planned every detail out so that I wasn't harried the day of the party. This weekend's elegant "sit-down" dinner for twelve people in our home was a huge success. You two made it possible for us to enjoy our friends while you prepared and presented each stage of the evening.
Your brilliant simplicity began with white linen draped over a round table at the presentation arena while our horses were brought in. Our party enjoyed wine and an assortment of cheese, fruit, and crackers. It was a great way to greet our guests.
Dinner was even more exquisite with more white linen, china, and crystal setting the stage for a sumptuous meal. You flawlessly served and cleared a crisp salad of field greens with balsamic vinaigrette on the side. Next came the heavenly Chateaubriand with Frenched green beans, mashed garlic potatoes, and yeast rolls. Our decadent meal was followed by perfectly light raspberries with whipped cream...and, of course, coffee.
By the end of the event, everyone was complementing the extraordinary evening of fabulous food, good friends, and shared stories of life's experiences. Thank you for making it all possible.
